We do not collect payment card details, sensitive personal data, or any data from children. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Why we collect it and the lawful basis

We collect this information to assess whether you may have an entitlement to recover unspent planning contributions and to respond to your enquiry. Our legitimate interest is in assessing and responding to pre-contractual business enquiries from potential clients.

If you become a client, we will retain your data for the duration of the engagement and for six years from the date the engagement concludes.
